A Semantic and Smart Framework for Handling Multilingual Linguistic Knowledge

The authors propose a semantic and smart assistance framework for handling linguistic knowledge, called LingFramework. It targets both expert novice users. aims to assist the user in understanding different aspects of domain ease process proposing lingware applications. LingFramework is based on multilingual ontology LingOnto. allows (1) representing data, processing functionalities features, (2) reasoning, via SWRL-based reasoning engine, about knowledge. Currently, it covers English, French, Arabic languages. To facilitate interaction with LingOnto, an visualization tool LingGraph proposed. offers easy-to-use interface users not familiar ontologies. provides SPARQL pattern-based approach allow search functionality. applied identifying valid pipelines related evaluation results are promising.
